From the German press New Westphalian Celebrated for her “extraordinary sensitivity” and praised by legendary pianist Anatol Ugorski as “highly gifted with skill and artistic talent,” Jui-Lan Huang delights audiences on international stages.

A versatile pianist, Huang often gives solo recitals, piano concertos and chamber music concerts. She has performed in renowned concert halls such as the Konzerthaus Berlin, Gasteig Munich, Slovenská Filharmónia, Auditorio Ciudad de León. In addition, it became popular with music festivals such as The International Holland Music Sessions and Freiburg Music Festival invited. Inspired by nature and a mixture of Western arts and Asian philosophy, the Taiwanese pianist, trained in Germany and living in Vienna, founded the concert series Art of Silence, which takes place regularly in Europe and Asia and combines literature, photography and visual arts. Her unsaturated curiosity for new artistic expression also leads her to combine her own poetry and painting in the concert series in order to convey new concert experiences to the audience.

The award-winning pianist received, among other things, the first prize four times in various piano competitions and the special prize of the Ibiza International Piano Competition as well as the prize of the Oscar and Vera Ritter Foundation. She completed her artistic training at the Hanover University of Music, Theater and Media with Prof. Einar Steen-Nøkleberg and Prof. Matti Raekallio. In addition, she has received significant artistic inspiration from personalities such as Pavel Gililov, Vladimir Krajnev, Bernd Goetzke, Michel Béroff, Vitaly Margulis and Valery Pyasetsky. She is also a recipient of coveted scholarships from the DAAD, the GSSA Taiwan, from ERASMUS and from Music needs friends Hanover.

Huang enjoys supporting future musicians with dedication. She leads a concert piano class at the Franz Schubert Conservatory in Vienna and gives master classes in Europe and Asia. In addition to teaching and performing, she is the founder and artistic director of the Per Resonance Association that is intensively involved in the design of interdisciplinary, socially conscious projects and innovative concert formats. The association also contributes to raising social awareness Gender & Diversity to cultivate in order to reduce social injustice and is already being supported by the BMKÖS. Huang pursues this vision by bringing together diverse arts and humanities and, by showing their relationship, contributes to a more perceptive and humanitarian society. She is dedicated to the lifelong pursuit of artistic depth, drawing inspiration from the diversity of nature and cultures, as well as meditation and philosophy.
